Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries.
If you live outside these regions and wish to place an order, please email us at support@sathiyaco.com
with your location and the item(s) you’d like to purchase. We will confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.

Please note: We ship only to street addresses. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Rates

• United States & Canada: Free shipping.
• UK, Australia, and most European countries: Standard shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout.

All shipments include tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Signature Required

For security purposes, most orders will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Made-to-order items: Ship within 14–20 business days after payment is processed.
• In-stock items: Ship within 2–3 business days.

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you directly.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to possible courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs & Duties

• Shipping rates do not include customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may be applied by your country.
• Customers are responsible for paying all such fees.
• Some international shipments may be held by customs until duties and taxes are paid in full.

Non-Deliverable Packages & Customs Refusals

If a package is returned to us due to:

• An incomplete or incorrect shipping address,
• Refusal to accept delivery, or
• Failure to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees,

a 15% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund, along with any shipping costs incurred by Sathiyaco.
