Returns & Exchanges

At Sathiyaco, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

Full Refunds

• Items purchased at full price (without discounts applied) are eligible for a full refund, regardless of reason.
• Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and international charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect:

• Custom or special orders
• Customized or engraved items
• Eternity bands
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale

Conditional Returns

The following items can be returned but are subject to a 15% restocking fee:

• Jewelry with lab-created diamond center stones
• Discounted or sale items
• Jewelry purchased with promotional codes
• Engraved jewelry

Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours will fall under our Refund Policy guidelines.

Final Sale Items with Manufacturing Defects

Every item at Sathiyaco undergoes a strict quality inspection before shipping. In the rare event that a Final Sale item is found defective:

• We will repair or replace the product at no cost.
• If inspection shows damage due to misuse or mishandling, repair services may be offered for a fee, and return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Instructions

• You must contact us at support@sathiyaco.com
  within 14 days of delivery (as indicated by the carrier’s tracking).
• Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 5 days of receiving return instructions.
• Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• International duties, taxes, and fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.
• Sathiyaco is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

Exceptions & Fees

• If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect shipping address, or failure to pay international customs/duties, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted along with all shipping costs incurred by Sathiyaco.
• Non-returnable items will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping Your Return

• Customers must use a shipping method with tracking, insurance, and signature required.
• Do not return any items without first contacting us at support@sathiyaco.com
  for authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
